Order procedure

At Tusher Care, all orders are processed as pre-order bookings. Customers must complete the full payment in advance to confirm their order.
1. Placing an Order
Customers can place an order through our website, social media, or by contacting us directly. Once the order details are confirmed, customers will receive payment instructions.
2. Full Payment Requirement
All orders require 100% advance payment to confirm the order. Orders will only be processed after the full payment has been successfully received.
3. Pre-Order Booking System
- All products are treated as pre-order items.
- Once payment is completed, the order will be recorded as a confirmed pre-order booking.
- The product will be prepared or arranged based on the confirmed order.
4. Order Preparation
After confirmation of payment, we begin preparing the product. Preparation time may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
5. Delivery Start
Once the product is ready, we will begin the delivery process. Customers will be notified before dispatch and provided with delivery details if applicable.
6. Order Updates
Customers may contact us anytime to check the status of their pre-order. We will inform customers if there are any unexpected delays.
